2. What the site provides
fanleaguemanager.com provides software tools for creating, managing and participating in fantasy leagues.
We provide the platform. League administrators are responsible for the leagues they create, including rules, scoring settings, manager invitations and internal disputes.
3. Age restriction
You must be 18 or over to use fanleaguemanager.com.
4. Accounts
You must provide accurate account information.
You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for all activity on your account.
5. Gambling, betting and advertising
fanleaguemanager.com is not a bookmaker, betting operator, casino, lottery, gambling operator or gambling intermediary.
The site may display advertising from third parties, including licensed sports betting or gambling companies. Such advertising is third-party marketing and does not mean that fanleaguemanager.com provides, arranges, recommends or facilitates gambling.
You must not use fanleaguemanager.com to run unlawful betting, gambling, lotteries, raffles, prize pools or paid competitions.
Any gambling-related adverts must be socially responsible and comply with applicable UK advertising rules, including rules protecting children, young persons and vulnerable people.
6. No payments on site
fanleaguemanager.com does not currently take payments through the site.
If paid services are introduced, these Terms will be updated.

- Attempt to access another user's account
- Interfere with site security
- Upload malicious code
- Scrape, copy or reverse engineer the site
- Harass, abuse or threaten others
- Upload content that infringes another person's rights

8. User content
You are responsible for content you enter into the site, including league names, team names, manager names, squad data and league rules.
You grant fanleaguemanager.com permission to host, process and display that content as needed to operate the service.
We may remove content or suspend accounts where we reasonably believe these Terms have been breached.
9. Sports data, names and non-affiliation
fanleaguemanager.com is an independent fantasy league management platform.
fanleaguemanager.com is not affiliated with, sponsored by, approved by, licensed by, endorsed by or commercially connected with FIFA, UEFA, The FA, the Premier League, the English Football League, the Scottish Professional Football League, any national football association, any football club, any official competition organiser, any player, any player union or any official sports data rights holder, unless expressly stated in writing.
Any references to football competitions, clubs, players, fixtures, results, statistics or sporting events are used for identification, informational and fantasy league management purposes only.
All third-party names, trademarks, logos, competition names, club names and player-related rights remain the property of their respective owners.
You must not upload, copy or use sports data, logos, images, trademarks or other content unless you have the right to do so.
We may remove any content if we believe it infringes third-party rights or creates legal risk for the site.
10. Availability
We aim to keep the site available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access.
The site may be unavailable because of maintenance, faults, security issues or events outside our control.
11. Changes to the service
We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of the site at any time.
12. Intellectual property
The site, software, layout, branding, database structure and original content belong to fanleaguemanager.com or its licensors.
You may use the site only as permitted by these Terms.
You must not copy, reproduce, resell, sublicense, reverse engineer or create derivative works from the site without written permission.
13. Suspension and termination

- League setup errors
- Scoring errors
- Third-party data errors
- User disputes
- Loss of enjoyment
- Loss of opportunity
- Loss of expected winnings
- Losses arising from gambling or betting activity
- Website downtime
- Data loss
- Business interruption
- Loss of profit
- Indirect or consequential loss
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
