Use this guide to join your league, review your squad, set your lineup, make transfers and find the main manager pages.
Use this if your league admin invited you into a private league.
Use this if you joined a Fan League Manager-hosted Public League.
Your league admin adds you using your email address. You should receive an invitation email from Fan League Manager. Open the email and follow the link.
If the invite did not arrive or expired, use the invite recovery option on the join page. Enter the same email address your league admin used.
If you already have a Fan League Manager account, sign in at Manager Login. If you are new, your invite will ask you to set a password first.
Open My Squad. This shows the squad made live by your league admin after your auction or draft. Check that the players match the team you acquired.
Open Lineup. The system suggests a valid starting lineup automatically. Change it only if you want a different lineup for the selected scoring period.
Open My Transfers. Transfers depend on your league rules and may be disabled, limited, windowed or admin-only.
In a league with transfer windows, you can submit a transfer only after the window opens and before it closes. The page shows the window close time and the scoring period the transfer will apply to.
Before the window closes, you can amend the incoming player on a pending transfer. Changing your mind in that way still counts as one transfer. Budget, position and availability checks still apply.
Start at the join page and choose Join a Public League, or go directly to Public Leagues.
New managers enter their manager name, team name, email address and password. Existing managers should log in first, then join the Public League.
After joining, you should be taken to Pick My Squad. Use search, club and position filters, then add players until your squad is complete.
The picker checks squad size, budget, position structure and duplicate players inside your own squad. Public League prices are supplied by FLM and are already scaled for that league's squad size and budget.
In the 15-player weekly format, your squad contains 2 goalkeepers, 5 defenders, 5 midfielders and 3 forwards.
Open Lineup. The system suggests a valid starting lineup automatically. In the 15-player weekly format, choose 3-5-2, 3-4-3, 4-4-2, 4-3-3 or 5-3-2, then order the three outfield substitutes and select the reserve goalkeeper.
A player counts as having played after at least one minute. If a starter does not play, eligible outfield substitutes are considered in bench order while preserving a valid formation. The reserve goalkeeper can replace only a starting goalkeeper who did not play.
Open My Transfers. If transfers are unavailable, the page should explain why.
Where the league uses the first-fixture deadline, transfers close one hour before the first scheduled kickoff in the Gameweek.
If a Public League uses transfer windows, you can submit a transfer only after the window opens and before it closes. The transfer becomes scoring-effective from the scoring period after the window closes.
You can amend the incoming player on a pending transfer until the window closes. Multiple amendments to that pending transfer still count as one transfer.
View fixtures and open a fixture row for lineups and point-scoring actions.
Open My Squad - Player analysis, choose Price vs points and select Overall or Value. You can show the complete player pool, narrow it by position and download the chart as an image.
Open Standings and choose Social card. Download the generated image, then attach it to a post on X or another social network. FLM does not post to your social account directly.
On Standings, use Show scorers beside one squad or Show all scorers above the table. Change the selected Gameweek to compare that week's points with the overall table.
Open Fixtures and expand a match. Its panel shows lineups, player ownership and the goals, assists, clean sheets and other actions that earn points under the league's rules.
